This sparkling wine has been produced since 1902 and symbolizes the history of the Ferrari winery. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections and an intense bouquet of Golden Delicious apples, field flowers and yeast, it is clear, harmonious, supple on the palate, with notes of ripe fruit and fresh bread.
