Capichera is one of the names of the bet on Vermentino, a symbolic variety of wine-growing Sardinia. It consists of 100% Vermentino, harvested from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Olbia and Palau. The vinification is carried out entirely in steel containers. The floral notes of orange are its main descriptor, enriched with clear flavors of iris, broom, hawthorn, yellow apple and a mineral background of flint.
