A sensational rosé made entirely from the Barolo grape variety Nebbiolo. As simple as it sounds, that was precisely the idea behind this wine. It was meant to be wonderfully fresh and crisp, with structure and character, playful yet easy to drink. Marco Parusso has once again turned his vision into reality. A rosé of this style, made exclusively from Nebbiolo, was unprecedented. The Nebbiolo grapes come from Barolo vineyards in Moforte d'Alba. Color: bright pink with a delicate salmon hue. Aroma: exquisite fruit notes, reminiscent of strawberries. Taste: fresh, fruity, with fine acidity.
