The elegant La Vrille Chambave Muscat Fletri reveals an incredibly fruit-driven flavor on the palate, which is of course due to its off-sweet taste profile. On the palate, the texture of this balanced dessert wine is wonderfully silky, velvety, creamy, and dense. The finish of this dessert wine from the wine-growing region of the Aosta Valley, more precisely from Valle d'Aosta/Valée d'Aoste DOC, ultimately captivates with a beautiful aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral nuances from the sand-dominated soils. Vinification of La Vrille Chambave Muscat Fletri This wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Yellow Muscat. Only the best grape material was used for this exceptionally well-balanced varietal wine from La Vrille. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Aosta Valley. Here, the vines drive their roots deep into sandy soils. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Food recommendation for La Vrille Chambave Muscat Fletri This Italian wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11–13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to blackberry cream dessert, peach and passion fruit dessert, or baked apples with yogurt sauce.
