This Pinot Gris has a rather exotic, spicy nose with aromas of passion fruit and papaya, as well as the scent of apple and flowers. With a precise, rather cool appearance on the palate, the flavor themes of passion fruit, papaya, apple fruit and pastries with some minerality and a touch of extract sweetness run through the palate to the finish. The body appears light and delicate and yet is firm. An organic wine with great balance.
