Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva DOCG Falcone Rivera is considered a milestone in Apulian enology Born from 70% Nero di Troia and 30% of other indigenous grape varieties, it ages for 14 months, half in French oak barrels of 1 °, 2 °; and 3rd; passage and half in French oak barrels of 30Hl. A beautiful red with a dense garnet red color, which amazes the nose with a complex bouquet, rich in notes of ripe fruit, leather, tobacco and spices, and seduces the palate with an austere structure and a long and balanced finish. Ideal when paired with particularly rich dishes, such as large roasted red meats, furred game and aged cheeses. To enjoy it at its best, we recommend serving it at cellar temperature after proper oxygenation.
