Schiopetto Pinot Grigio del Pompiere Venezia Giulia IGT 0,75 ℓ

The Pinot Grigio from the Schiopetto winery belongs to the de Pompiere line and is obtained from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The harvest takes place between the end of August and the beginning of September. The grapes are softly pressed and fermented for 10-12 days in stainless steel tanks. The refinement is always held in steel for 5 months. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it is fresh and fragrant on the nose with hints of dog rose and exotic fruits. On the palate it is rich and intriguing, with good flavor and a persistent finish. The wine goes well with first courses, omelettes and savory pies and with vegetarian cuisine.
