Carmenere Natura is an organic wine that reflects Emiliana's commitment to the environment. The winemaking process begins with the harvesting of the grapes, followed by a controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The 8-month refinement in steel allows us to preserve the varietal characteristics of Carmenere, enhancing its fruity aromas and velvety structure without the influence of wood. This wine has a purple red color. On the nose, it offers an intensely fruity bouquet, with dominant notes of plum and redcurrant, accompanied by hints of roasting and blackcurrant. In the mouth, the tannins are soft, ripe and velvety, with a good density and a pleasant and persistent finish. Ideal to accompany grilled red meats and stews, well-seasoned white meats and game. Also excellent in combination with pasta such as rigatoni and mature cheeses.
