Vinification of the Tenuta Ulisse Dieci Vendemmie This red wine is a cuvée of wines from 10 different vintages. Part of the grapes for this wine were harvested slightly overripe. Afterwards a 15–20-day maceration took place, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Part of the Dieci Vendemmie was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
