Wunderschön Pure Rosé - St.Antony

The Wunderschön pure is a thoroughly unusual rosé - at least by German standards. Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch, each in equal parts, are the components of this cuvée. Without exception, the Pinot grapes come from the VDP Grosse Lage Paterberg and the Blaufränkisch comes from the Pettenthal. Healthy, absolutely perfectly ripe grapes form the basis for this wine. Spontaneously fermented in barriques, unfined and unfiltered, this rosé is unlike any other.
