Riesling Erbacher Marcobrunn Dr. Corvers-Kauter - Weinhaus Dr. Corvers-Kauter

By purchasing plots from the famous ERBACHER MARCOBRUNN single vineyard, Corvers-Kauter was able to acquire a piece of German wine culture. The vineyard stretches for around 700 m along the old country road between Erbach and Hattenheim, just a short distance from the Rhine. The approximately 7-hectare site faces completely south and is located at 90 to 100 m above sea level. The complex nose contains many different aromas that you wouldn't necessarily find next to each other. On the one hand, elderberry and linden blossom, but also yellow fruits such as quince, yellow apple and Williams pear. On the palate, wonderfully dense, taut and straightforward with a radiant elegance that almost only Riesling can achieve. The wine still has a great future ahead of it.
