With an intense purple-red color, it offers a complex bouquet of spices, wild berries, and cherry jam. On the palate, it is full-bodied, soft, and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins. Recommended with hearty pasta dishes and red meat main courses, it is excellent with aged cheeses and game.
