Nino Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Nino Franco's Prosecco Superiore Brut comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Prosecco area of excellence, Valdobbiadene. It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes. After a soft pressing and a cooling of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for 30 months. It is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, with elegant aromas of exotic fruits, enriched with pleasant aromatic notes. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and fruity, with a balanced acidity and a truly enviable ease of drinking. To be consumed in the first year of life, this prosecco perfectly accompanies important aperitifs, light appetizers, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
