The Bottega Primo Assaggio Puro Grado brandy is produced with the pomace of the most well-known and widespread vines of north-eastern Italy, whose distillation takes place in a discontinuous alembic still with bain-marie heating in order to ensure indirect and more delicate processing. The result is a brandy that retains its precious and unmistakable aromatic profile, bottled with its full alcoholic vigor. At sight it is transparent and colorless. On the nose it is crisp and elegant, with hints of fresh fruit wrapped in a delicate note of vanilla. In the mouth it is intense and complex, with returns of fresh fruit. Excellent both at the end of the meal and for meditation, it is perfect for making cocktails and long drinks but also to be combined with chocolate or dry pastries.
