The Lessini Durello Brut Sparkling Wine of the Torre dei Vescovi range by Colli Vicentini is sourced from high-hill vineyards, located in the heart of Lessinia, in the province of Vicenza. It is produced exclusively with Durella grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank at low temperatures, according to the Charmat method, with selected yeasts. This Lessini Durello is characterized by a pale straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of marine notes and white fruit. On the palate it is slightly aggressive and fresh, excellently harmonious. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany fish dishes. Particularly suitable to combine with Vicenza-style cod .
