The grapes come from the Gaisberg site, where the vines grow on deep loess. They are harvested by hand into small crates and then processed using four different vinification methods: cold maceration, macération carbonique (carbonic acid fermentation), basket press and maceration. The result is a complex wine that combines elegance with grip and a fine tannin structure. As a versatile accompaniment to food, it shows great stamina.| Preț |
