Oddero Poderi e Cantine Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Barbera d'Alba Superiore is produced by Poderi Oddero, a winery with a long family tradition, which has been producing wines in the Langa for decades. The pure Barbera grapes are carefully selected by hand before proceeding to fermentation at a controlled temperature, with maceration for about 15 days in steel tanks. The wine then ages in 50-60 hl oak barrels for 16 months. Intense ruby color with violet reflections, the nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit. The sip has a good body, firm tannins and a characteristic acidity. To be combined with pasta dishes and aged cheeses.
