Tramin Kellerei Chardonnay Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Alto Adige Chardonnay di Tramin is born in vineyards located in the areas of Ora, Egna and Termeno. It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, which undergo an immediate soft pressing. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. This Chardonnay is characterized by a greenish yellow color. The bouquet is pleasant and elegant, with delicate aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and lively, with fruity notes of pineapple, bananas, apples, pears and citrus fruits and light nuances of caramel, vanilla and butter. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
