Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon Orsone wines from Bastianich Winery is born in vineyards located on the Friuli hills, perfect for creating a classic, aromatic and complex Sauvignon Blanc. It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, vinified in stainless steel. The wine ages on the lees for 6 months, with weekly bâtonnage, before being bottled. This Sauvignon opens to the nose with pleasant grapefruit aromas, enriched with notes of herbs and hints of gooseberries. In the mouth it is elegant, with a good and balanced acidity and a refreshing and persistent aftertaste. Overall it is a dry and very fresh wine. Perfect to accompany appetizers, it goes very well with fish dishes, risotto, soups and vegetable soups.
