The Langhe Nebbiolo Regiment of Renato Ratto is a label capable of perfectly expressing the characteristics of a territory. Vinified with pure Nebbiolo grapes, it is the result of a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a maceration of 7-10 days and about 12 months of aging in barrels. At sight it has a medium intense ruby red color. The nose offers the delicacy of fruity scents such as wild strawberry and raspberry. On the palate it is light and pleasantly bitter, with a full and velvety texture at the same time. Wine for first and second courses of red meat. Try it with beef escalopes with mushrooms.
