Riesling Sekt Brut - Klumpp

A very cool, invigorating nose of fresh apple, a touch of salt air, dry herbs, and a hint of grapefruit. Clear and delicately juicy, with a stable perlage, lively and refreshing, firm body, precise, direct, and dynamic, plenty of stone fruit on the palate, a small salty note, citrus, raisins, a touch of bitterness and herbs, has tension and seems very dry; only in the finish does a touch of extract sweetness emerge.
