Laurent-Perrier Champagne AOC Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs 0,75 ℓ

The maison of Champagne Laurent-Perrier that has always privileged the presence of Chardonnay grapes in its cuvées has decided to make the most of its experience with the Brut Nature champagnes of which it has been a pioneer since 1981 to make this Blanc de Blancs without dosage. It is obtained from a selection of Chardonnay grapes from the best crus of Côte de Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and from the balanced addition of reserve wines. Refine for 5 long years before being disgorged without any added sugar. Light golden yellow in color similar to white gold and with a fine grain perlage, it exposes an intriguing mineral texture to the nose enlivened by citrus tones. It opens on the palate with a marked liveliness then shows all its balance which culminates in a fresh finish with clear lemon notes. Bubbly suitable for haute cuisine and refined veal dishes, it goes well with a grilled squid marinated with lemon and olive oil or a sea bass in a salt crust.
