Marche Rosso Kurni from Oasi degli Angeli is produced from vineyards located in the valley of the Sant'Egidio stream, in the municipality of Cupra Marittima.It is made exclusively from native red grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Afterwards, the wine ages in barriques for about 18-20 months before being bottled.The Kurni is characterized by an intense dark red color. On the nose, it opens with an intense bouquet of fruity aromas, enriched by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate, it is sweet and enveloping, with a dense and smooth texture.Perfect for pairing with meat ragù and risotto dishes, it's ideal with stews, roasts, and game.
