Donna Olimpia's Toscana Vermentino Obizzo is born in vineyards located in the heart of Maremma, between Bibbona and Castagneto, in the heart of the extraordinary territory of Bolgheri, in the province of Livorno. It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested during the month of September. After pressing and static settling of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18-20°C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, before being bottled. It is characterized by a pale straw yellow colour. The nose opens with ample citrus aromas, enriched by pleasant notes of white flowers and honey. On the palate it is harmonious, pleasantly full and with a persistent aftertaste. Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes and first courses, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
