Chardonnay - St.Antony

The grapes for this Chardonnay come from organic farming. In the glass, the wine displays aromas of Williams pear and apricot tart with dried flowers and fresh butter. A delicate texture and high minerality dominate the mouthfeel. Rich in extract and fruity with a puristic salinity, the wine presents itself overall with great balance right through to the long finish.
