An original and unconventional wine, the result of the work and passion of a family that needs no introduction. Valuable blend of Sangiovese 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, the grapes are vinified separately and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25-30 degrees. It ages for 6 months, 70% in wooden barrels and the remaining part in barrique. Ruby red in the glass, the bouquet is elegant and complex, all played on the hints of blueberries, currants and plums, in a persuasive dance that leaves ample room for spiciness. The sip is warm, enveloping, round, with a tannic texture well supported by red fruit and a precious spicy finish. The ideal wine to nobly accompany grilled red meats and elaborate first courses. Try it with a platter of aged cheeses.
