Cirelli Anfora Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC 0,75 ℓ

Cirelli's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo originates from vineyards cultivated according to an organic farming method located in the Abruzzo province of Teramo. It consists of 100% Trebbiano grapes, harvested by hand and sent for vinification thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts. It carries out a short maceration, which does not exceed the duration of a day. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place inside terracotta amphorae, in which the wine ages for about 12 months. In the glass shows its intense straw yellow color. The bouquet is fruity in its flavors of rennet apple and white peach, placed on a herbaceous and mineral background; a light ethereal note of wax determines the intriguing character and finishes the perfume. In the mouth it has a full body, streamlined by freshness and flavor that proceed in parallel in the sip, enticing the drink. Closes in a long persistence. Ideal as an accompaniment to aged cheeses, also made from sheep's milk.
