The limestone hills and marl and granite influences provide ideal conditions for Chardonnay cultivation, contributing to the wine's complexity. The aim is to unite the freshness of northern wines with the structure of southern Burgundy and the finesse of the Côte d'Or.The winemaking process involves a careful selection of grapes, gentle pressing, cold settling, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. 50% of the wine ages on fine lees in steel for 6-8 months, while the other 50% matures in oak barrels for the same period.
