The Franciacorta Brut Rosé Essence by Antica Fratta represents the elegance of Franciacorta, the perfect expression of an extraordinary terroir. It is produced with 55% Pinot Noir grapes and 45% with Chardonnay grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. The wine ages on the lees for 30 months and for a further 5-6 months in the bottle. It is characterized by a soft pink color, with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, characterized by hints of red fruits enriched by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is intense, balanced and pleasantly fragrant, with a good body and excellent persistence. Perfect to accompany first courses and fish-based courses, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and salami.
