Familia Schroeder Merlot Saurus Patagonia IG 0,75 ℓ

Saurus Merlot is made by Familia Schroeder in the city of San Patricio del Chañar, located in the province of Neuquén, in the heart of Patagonia. It is produced with Merlot grapes harvested manually and carefully selected. After fermentation, it ages for 40% in oak barrels for 6 months. It is of a deep ruby red color that denotes the maturity of the fruit. On the nose, complex aromas of red fruits combine with aromas reminiscent of star anise, mint and spices. In the mouth it is fresh and pleasantly tannic, marked by an elegant vanilla imprint. To be accompanied with grilled vegetables or a plate of ribs or chorizo.
