This extreme environment produces small, concentrated clusters, ideal for intense and long-lived red wines.How is it producedThe vinification of Tempranillo includes fermentation inside untoasted French barriques, with manual rotation and frequent bâtonnage to manage extraction. The wine ages for twelve months in the same barrels and continues maturing for another six months in new barriques.
