The Negre d’Àmfora by Can Rich is an organic red wine made from Syrah and Monastrell grapes from the Buscastell estate. The limestone terroir and Mediterranean climate give the wine a balance between power and freshness, with a strong territorial mark.The fermentation occurs spontaneously, followed by 12 months of aging in terracotta amphorae that allows for a natural evolution without the interference of wood, keeping the pure expression of the fruit and the local aromatic herbs.On the nose, complex notes of Mediterranean scrub, figs, black olives, and spices emerge.
