The La Versa Testarossa is a quality sparkling wine Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Brut, produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This sparkling wine embodies the excellence of the winemaking tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese, thanks to meticulous processing and long refinement which they enhance its distinctive characteristics. The vinification takes place in white with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. The cuvée ferments in the bottle with La Versa's exclusive yeast strains, aging for 60 months on the yeasts and at least 6 months in the bottle after disgorgement. This process gives the wine an aromatic complexity and an elegant structure. At sight, the La Versa Testarossa presents a creamy white foam and a brilliant color, with a subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose, hints of currant, toasted hazelnut and bay leaf emerge, creating a rich and inviting aromatic bouquet. On the palate, the wine is aromatic and persistent, with a perfect balance between freshness and structure. Ideal for an aperitif, it is enhanced when served with refined dishes.
