A wine that comes from 100% Albana di Romagna grapes and from a clayey soil, ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, and ages for 3 months in steel. Intense straw yellow color with reflections that tend to golden, it opens to the nose with pleasant hints of apricot, melon and citrus peel, enriched with broom and peach blossom. The palate, dry and pronounced, with good body and excellent structure, draws a superb finish embroidered with subtle and elegant tannins. Ideal with traditional Emilia Romagna pasta dishes such as tortellini and cappelletti, it is also perfect with fish or served cold as an aperitif.
