Terre di Chieti Pecorino di Belisario comes from vineyards located within the municipality of Rocca San Giovanni, in the province of Chieti.Pecorino grapes are obtained from them, subjected to soft pressing under vacuum and vinified in the absence of skins. Ageing takes place for 5 months in stainless steel tanks and for a further month in the bottle.Straw yellow wine, it opens to the nose with evident hints of acacia and broom. On the palate it is light, fresh and pleasant.Excellent as an aperitif, it prefers pairing with elaborate dishes based on fish and white meats.
