The Barolo Riserva Ravera DOCG Lo Zoccolaio comes from Nebbiolo grapes from the municipality of Novello, which guarantee a good structure combined with fine and elegant aromas. The secret of this great red wine lies in the long maceration of the skins and in the aging as tradition dictates, in large oak barrels for 42 months, followed by a further rest in the bottle for 6 months.
