Cuvée Prestige Rosé Franciacorta DOCG Edition 45 is the exclusive Franciacorta produced by Ca 'del Bosco to celebrate the delicacy and strength of the indissoluble union between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. A love story sealed by a “pink” maceration of the Pinot Noir skins for 24-36 hours, which is strictly necessary to “seize the moment” and obtain that particular and delicate shade of pink. This Franciacorta is exceptional starting from the pressing of the grapes, with the selected Pinot Noir bunches that follow a real spa treatment, subjected to a particular system of washing and hydromassage of the bunches, through three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel, while the Chardonnay grapes are subjected to pressing of the whole bunches to obtain only the best part. After maceration, another 7 months of aging are expected for the “magic rite” of creating the cuvée with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. The pink color reminiscent of the sunset and endless chains of bubbles hypnotize the gaze, and the extraordinary aromas of this Franciacorta rosé tease the nose with fresh peony notes, and delight it with juicy scents of pomegranate and strawberry, preparing the palate for a unique pleasure that you wish would never end.
