From the Turbiana bunches coming from the Molin vineyard, delicately vinified in the new Cà Maiol cellar, we obtain the Lugana Superiore Molin , a wine in which aromatic finesse and taste elegance are a coherent and enthusiastic expression of respect for the vine and the authenticity of this fascinating territory. The grapes are carefully harvested and selected by hand. During the vinification process, the must remains in contact with the skins for 48 hours at a low temperature, in order to obtain a more structured wine with a more refined aroma. It has a bright straw yellow color. A vertical wine in the eloquent exposition, between elements of tropical fruit, chlorophyll or grapefruit depending on the vintage. It has a tapered structure and expressive finesse, at times it reveals a delicate savory grit, but it is above all a wine of crystalline authenticity, an authoritative and identifying voice of a harmonious union between grapes, soils and wise gestures. Perfect to accompany first courses with fish sauce, it is ideal when paired with raw meat such as carpaccio and medium-aged cheeses.
