Señorio de Don Carlos is a fresh and fruity rosé wine, produced by Bodegas Santo Cristo, in Spain with Garnacha grapes. Ideal for informal and relaxed moments. The Garnacha grapes are vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, to preserve the freshness and intensity of the fruit. The fermentation is short to maintain the fruity characteristics of the wine. It has a lively strawberry red color and good clarity. On the nose you can perceive strawberries, raspberries and light citrus notes. On the palate it is light, with good acidity and a pleasantly fresh finish. Excellent with salads, tapas or light fish-based dishes.
