Señorio de Don Carlos is a fresh and aromatic white wine from Spain. Made with Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes, by Bodegas Santo Cristo. This wine stands out for its lively character and ease of drinking, making it perfect for different convivial moments. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, a process that preserves the freshness and aroma of the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is aged for a short time before being bottled. It has a straw yellow color and bright reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and notes of green apple. On the palate it is well balanced with a pleasant acidity and a delicate persistence that recalls fruits such as peach and apple. Excellent with fish dishes, fresh salads or slightly spicy dishes. Perfect as an aperitif.
