Mevante Birbantéo Umbria IGT 0,75 ℓ

The Birbantéo Umbria Bianco from the Mevante farm is a fine white wine, produced in Umbria, using 100% Trebbiano grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located in the municipality of Bevagna, facing south-east. The vineyards grow on soils composed of clay with limestone formations and silt. The harvest is carried out manually starting from the first week of October, selecting only the best grapes. The vinification takes place in steel tanks, followed by refinement on the fine lees for approximately 6 months, a process that contributes to the aromatic complexity and structure of this wine. At sight this wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers delicate hints of white flowers and white pulp peach, enriched with balsamic nuances. On the palate , Birbantéo stands out for its pleasant roundness, accompanied by a well-balanced flavor and notable finesse. This white wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes, aperitifs and first courses.
