Terzini Abruzzo Pecorino DOC 0,75 ℓ

The Percorino of the Terzini company is made with 100% Pecorino grapes in the Tocco da Casauria area. On predominantly clayey soils and with an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level, the grapes grow helped by favorable climatic conditions. The manual harvest is carried out in the last days of August with a rigorous selection of the grapes to be vinified. The grapes are softly pressed and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks where the wine is refined for even a few months. Very bright straw yellow in color, it has hints of white-fleshed fruits, such as peach and melon, notes of hawthorn and elderberry with vegetal hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with a light savory note and a medium-long finish. Ideal with first courses based on fish or vegetables, it also supports grilled white meats and grilled fatty fish.
