Tenuta Meraviglia Bolgheri DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Bolgheri Rosso was born in Tenuta Meraviglia, the Bolgheri outpost of the historic Dievole winery. From this year the wine is a 100% Cabernet Franc, which ferments spontaneously for 13 days in truncated conical vats of raw concrete, and then continues aging for 12 months in non-toasted French oak barrels and for a further 3 months in bottle. . It is dressed in an intense ruby red color. The aromatic palette focuses on notes of black fruits such as blackberry, black currant or cherry, accompanied by subtle nuances of aromatic herbs. The sip is very fresh and structured, with a long persistent finish. Ideal with roasted lamb and roasts, it goes wonderfully with both furred and feathered game dishes.
