This Champagne is a blend of 38 wines from 9 different vintages, with the most recent being 2015 and the oldest 2005. Overall, the reserve wines from the Maison’s extensive collection make up 55% of the final blend of this edition of Krug Rosé. The final composition of this bottle of Krug Rosé is: 57% Pinot Noir, which includes 10% traditionally macerated Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay, and 20% Meunier.On the nose, it opens with aromas of rosehip, blackberries, red currant, peony, pepper, and pink grapefruit.
