Tiefenbrunner's Alto Adige Gewürztraminer Turmhof was born in vineyards located in Niclara and Cortaccia. It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages on the final yeasts in the same containers for 6 months, before being bottled. It is characterized by a bright yellow color, with golden shades. The nose opens with aromas of rose petals, enriched with pleasant notes of honey and lychee. On the palate it is full, pleasantly spicy and with very persistent aromas. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
