On the aromatic bouquet, aromas of plum jam and hints of vanilla and juicy blackberries meld with notes of Provençal wild herbs (thyme, rosemary and bayberry). These aromas continue on the soft, balanced and delicate palate of Romane Machotte, where they lead into a long, spicy finish with black pepper. It has a full body with a strong, meaty structure and soft, powerful and enormously balanced tannins. We recommend it with risotto with truffles, beef stew, wild boar and vanilla ice cream with raspberry puree.
