Vinification of the Douro Reserva from Feuerheerd's This balanced red wine from Portugal is vinified from Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures.
