Stellenbosch from South Africa is a cuvée, vegan, made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the powerful Cornerstone Red W.O.
