The bouquet is wonderfully multifaceted – in its youth, the nose of the Ca dei Frati Lugana is pampered with fine notes of white flowers, juicy apricots, and almonds. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks and is left on the fine lees for at least 6 months (sur lie aging). Finally, this wine matures for another 2 months in the bottle.
