Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh, slightly effervescent, firm body with strength and even power, lots of salty minerality, quince, slightly tart herbal notes, chicory and linden blossom, a good finish with freshness, slight tartness, minerality, and an emerging, subtle extract sweetness.
